Project Overview

CDC has commenced construction on its state-of-the-art data centre campus in Marsden Park, Sydney, set to become the largest in the Southern Hemisphere. The 504MW facility will feature six four-storey data centre buildings with AI-ready digital infrastructure, supporting the growing digital economy. The development will create over 10,000 jobs and contribute billions to the economy. The sod-turning ceremony, attended by key government and industry leaders, marks a major milestone in expanding secure and connected data infrastructure across Australia and New Zealand.
