Meet David Fogg, the founder of iCOST. David is an award-winning Certified Quantity Surveyor, holding both the prestigious MAIQS (Member) and CQS (Certified Quantity Surveyor) designations from the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveying.

With over 17 years of industry experience, David has excelled in senior commercial roles within Tier 1 and 2 organisations across the building, property development and subcontract sectors.

David is a recognised leader in commercial innovation, cost-saving initiatives and astute risk/reward management. His innate ability to seek, create, and convert opportunities, coupled with his strategic thinking and tenacious work ethic, consistently delivers outstanding results for employers and clients alike.
