Project Overview

The Boronia Apartments project in Waterloo is set to provide essential housing for women and their children at risk of domestic and family violence, along with service workers and other residents with very low to moderate incomes in inner Sydney. This vital community-focused development will feature five levels of architecturally designed, mid-level finish apartments, comprising 72 affordable housing units. The project also includes 26 at-grade car parking spaces and a commercial tenancy, addressing both housing needs and supporting local services.
